Before I started training with Christian at MaxFit Studio I weighed 105 lbs at 5’6” and lacked the strength necessary to excel at my job. My upper body strength was zero, I could not even do a push up on my knees. Luckily, I found Christian and MaxFit Studio and started personal training sessions with the goal of gaining strength and confidence. His superior training, nutritional coaching, and vast knowledge were key to my success.
