30 MINUTE SESSIONS

30 Minute sessions are beneficial for those who either are short on time or enjoy a quick burst type workout. At MaxFit Studio, we specialize in structuring the 30 minute workouts so that you truly are receiving the benefit of an hour long workout in half the time!

                                          4 Sessions/Month

TWICE PER WEEK:             $40/SESSION

                                          8 Sessions/Month

60 Minute sessions are ideal for those who like to take more time and explore all aspects that an exercise program has to offer. This also gives the trainer more time to instill ongoing healthy habits that the client will adopt for the rest of their lives.
